Home Renovation Rebate Programs in Greater Victoria
At 4 Seasons, we are committed to informing customers about all their options when replacing or upgrading their home heating equipment. We encourage every customer to take advantage of the rebates available, and we handle the paperwork in the right order so nothing is left on the table. Here are the major programs for Greater Victoria homes.
Heat Pump Rebates (CleanBC)
For qualifying heat pumps installed as primary space heating.

Natural Gas Rebates (FortisBC)
For homes switching to or upgrading high-efficiency natural gas equipment.
ENERGY STAR® Natural Gas Furnace or Boiler
Homeowners switching from oil or propane to natural gas may qualify for FortisBC rebates:
- $2,000 rebate plus a $1,000 bonus when installing an eligible natural gas heating system
- Up to $3,800 total when a high-efficiency combination heating and hot water system (P9 qualified) is installed
These programs are designed to reduce upgrade costs while improving comfort and energy efficiency. We assist with equipment selection, installation, and the rebate application itself. And gas is home turf for us: 4 Seasons is number one on Vancouver Island for new gas connections.
